Timeline
We take great pride in offering extensive support to our teachers starting from the moment they submit their application. Throughout the application and placement process, you will receive guidance in each of the following seven steps.
Screening & Selection
The initial step entails submitting an application, which is entirely free of charge, accompanied by a video introduction. Our team at ITRR will subsequently undertake a thorough review of your application as part of our comprehensive screening and selection process. Each application is meticulously evaluated, taking into account various factors. Once selected, all candidates will have the opportunity to schedule a phone and/or virtual interview with our team. ITRR will further provide assistance in crafting a compelling resume and offering interview preparation guidance.
Credential Evaluation and Other Resources
Upon acceptance into our program, we will facilitate a meticulous evaluation of your academic documents and qualifications by a reputable evaluator based in the United States. This process ensures the proper assessment of your credentials. Additionally, we will furnish you with valuable resources pertaining to the American education system and the interview process. These resources will effectively equip you with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel throughout your teacher recruitment journey.
Job Coordination
ITRR undertakes a thorough evaluation of prospective schools to gauge their suitability for our teacher recruitment program and assess their specific staffing requirements. Subsequently, ITRR facilitates live phone and/or video interviews between qualified candidates and potential partner schools. Our aim is to assist in securing job offers for our candidates. Furthermore, we provide comprehensive information about these schools, their communities, and the local cost of living, ensuring that candidates have a comprehensive understanding of their prospective work co-ordination:
Pre-Departure Orientation
In this phase, we will assist you in getting ready for your relocation to the United States. Our extensive pre-departure orientation aims to ensure that you understand and adhere to U.S. teaching standards, as well as help you address your personal requirements while living abroad. Additionally, we will provide you with a comprehensive handbook that will guide you through the entire process and facilitate a seamless transition to life in the U.S.
AB Post Departure Orientation & Relocation
Upon successfully completing the aforementioned procedures, you will arrive in the United States equipped with your H-1B Visa, ready to embark on a transformative journey. ITRR extends its support by offering comprehensive relocation assistance to all teachers. Our ultimate aim is to ensure that teachers can swiftly and comfortably settle into their new surroundings. To facilitate this, we conduct purposeful orientation sessions that are tailored to assist both teachers and schools in navigating the transition seamlessly. The ITRR team will personally greet teachers upon their arrival at the US airport and provide them with relevant relocation services, in addition to the aforementioned post-arrival orientation sessions.
Teaching and Cultural Exchange:
Having completed your orientation and preparation, you are now fully equipped to embark on your assignment at the designated school. Throughout your program, ITRR will continue to serve as your sponsor, offering support, guidance, and monitoring your professional development and cultural immersion. Our dedicated team will closely observe your progress as a teacher during your time abroad, ensuring that you receive the necessary assistance and guidance whenever required. We understand the significance of your cultural experiences and will actively support you in making the most of them. Rest assured that ITRR will be by your side, consistently providing the necessary resources and assistance throughout your tenure overseas.
